Andrea Sallis is an entrepreneur, faith first social-impact advocate, dynamic speaker and business mentor recognized for her quick ability to assimilate partnership opportunities with results-oriented leadership. A consummate networker, Andrea has successfully turned "contacts into contracts" for over 15 years, as a businesswoman leading successful start-ups, real estate projects, investor relations and event production. Andrea is the Visionary Officer for Healthway Education Systems and Healthway Wellness and is also a master facilitator for SIL faith-based Trauma Healing Institute. Her passion lies in empowering women and youth to realize their full potential and to bring life to those who may have experienced tragedies as the Founder of Healing the Hurting Heart Ministries. Andrea is the proud mother of (Mrs.) Marla Manous, Carmen Sallis and Courtney Bailey, in heaven and 3 wonderful grandsons X'Zaevion, Trey and Zayden with the newest addition of granddaughter Magnolia Jean. In doing so she's gained an undeniable level of expertise and knowledge on how to best advise her clients and strategic partners. Tammy helps her clients understand the options available to them and works  to develop a mortgage strategy that best suits the client's budgetary, equity and overall financial objectives. Her superior customer service skills drive her repeat and referral based business. Tammy has long roots in the Plano community and attended Texas Tech University. She serves as a mentor with Polished and volunteers with several non-profit organizations. Tammy is a graduate of MetroTex Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. Nancy St. Jacobs is a financial industries expert and has held various roles in the field of banking since 1992, with 18 years spent here in North Texas. During her career, she has worked exclusively and passionately with small business clients for 23 of those years.
Nancy currently holds the position as Community Business Development Officer and Vice President at BB&T, (Branch Banking and Trust). She enjoys her partnerships with organizations that support small business owners in their efforts of scaling and sustainability.
Nancy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and studied Banking & Finance at the University of Washington.
Outside of the professional arena, Nancy enjoys serving as part of the prayer ministry at her church. Nancy’s greatest joy is spending time with her family. She’s a mother of two and an adoring grandmother of two beautiful baby boys.

Marilyn Jones is a REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Azusa Pacific College (now University), she spent 20+ years in corporate and non-profit business administration. This background enables her to simplify the process for buyers, sellers and investors. She treats each person with the same honesty, integrity and care that she would want. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail inspire trust and confidence. As the widow of a Vietnam Veteran, Marilyn is still connected with many of the brave men who served in the Casper Platoon, 173rd Airborne Division where her husband served. She is especially passionate about assisting veterans and considers it a special ministry to lead them and their families through what may be the largest transition of their lives. Marilyn is a member of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, where she was named the 2017 Ambassador of the Year. She has been married to the most fabulous man in the world for 28 years, has two amazing children, and an incredible daughter-in-love.  Her eldest son is married and living in Indianapolis to her daughter-in-lov

Susan Stephens graduated from University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and a minor in Psychology. She has been married to the most fabulous man in the world for 28 years, has two amazing children, and an incredible daughter-in-love.  Her eldest son is married and living in Indianapolis to her daughter-in-love , who is currently completing her Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology.  Her youngest son currently works in IT.  Susan and her husband, Paul, home-schooled their children from kindergarten through graduation. Once their youngest went off to college, God called Susan to serve as the Executive Director for Exodus Ministries. She says she is truly blessed to have the privilege of a front row seat to watch God move in the lives of these women and children. He performs miracles every day and occasionally He allows her to participate. Her motto is, “Bloom where you are planted.” Susan has beautifully exclaimed,  “ When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, 'I used everything you gave me'.”

 Helen Nelson is the owner and CEO of Texas RevOILution, LLC, a company that focuses on giving people healthcare and financial freedom through doTERRA essential oils. She believes that we should empower people to make their own decisions instead of giving them a handout. As a business owner, Helen understands what a blessing it is to live in the United States where she can make her own decisions regarding her business. It is her mission to make sure that the United States remains a beacon of freedom within the world. To complete her mission, she volunteers for various causes in the community including political campaigns, pro-life organizations, and anti-human trafficking nonprofits.  With her faith as her foundation, Helen has been married to Rob, an extremely patient man and navy veteran, for almost 25 years and is looking forward to the next 25. She is the mother of six amazing children whom she is teaching to be productive citizens of the United States and servants of Christ. She holds a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from Texas State University. Helen has been a member of Fellowship of Professional Women for three years and is currently serving her first term on the board of directors.

 A Texas native, Heather Young began her professional career as Marketing Director for OrthoTexas Physicians & Surgeons, PLLC, a thriving orthopedic practice. The practice now has six Dallas area offices plus a rehabilitation facility at The Star in Frisco. During her tenure, Heather grew the practice by implementing long term strategic goals, building strong customer relationships, while managing the marketing functions, including social media. Arriving at Methodist Hospital for Surgery in 2015 as Community Relations Manager, Heather has guided the expansion of physician service options and marketing activities, including managing all internal and external communications and supervising volunteer recruitment and education. Heather is a graduate of the University of Houston with a B.S. in Kinesiology, and has earned a master's degree in Public Health, specializing in Community Health Education, from New Mexico State University. Heather is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD). Her volunteer activities have benefited the older adult population at VNA, at-risk youth at My Friend's House and the children of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Plano.

As a first-generation immigrant from the Middle East & Christian, she serves as a Cultural Competency Advocate for families seeking support.  Irum

As a first-generation immigrant from the Middle East & Christian, she serves as a Cultural Competency Advocate for families seeking support.  Irum also leads cross-cultural connections by bridging communities through her philanthropic endeavors like her online Bible Journey & Podcast Anchored In Christ that inspires women to anchor their faith, hope & trust in Jesus! She also leads the Dallas Professional Women local chapter that connects entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and professional women to local non-profits that are focused on improving the local community. 

In addition to these roles, Irum is an author, talk show host, podcaster, blogger, spokesperson,   multi-faceted Project Manager by trade, a Licensed Electrician and a C-Suite executive for thousands of businesses across the nation serving as an Operational Excellence Advisor. Her role is to help business owners achieve their American Dream through process improvement & social responsibility. As the Chief Operating Officer for her 5-star flagship family business; Electrician On Call; she ensures every customer experiences hassle-free service and a peace of mind for any home improvement project no matter the size of it!

Austin State University with her Bachelor's and Masters' degree in Kinesiology. Once graduating, Brielle received her Personal Training Certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), a Health Coach 

 Brielle Williams is a Dallas native and has been in the fitness/wellness industry for 8 years. She graduated from Stephen F. Brielle was a Health Fitness Professional for two years where she provided personal training, group exercise classes, and wellness programs to corporate fitness center members. She has been a Health Coach with Wondr Health for 5 years. Brielle's passion for helping others is what drives her success in the fitness and wellness industry. Brielle currently resides in Plano, TX with her husband Quincy.

In addition to her business, Kristine serves the Dallas community in many capacities including as City Plan Commissioner for District 12

Kristine Schwope is president of Class Act Creative Solutions (CAC), a boutique marketing and events firm specializing in nonprofit fund development, content creation and strategic relationship building. In addition to her business, Kristine serves the Dallas community in many capacities including as City Plan Commissioner for District 12/Far North Dallas, as Beach Club Leader for Brentfield Elementary spreading God's love in public schools, on the boards of GEAR (Gifted Education Alliance of Richardson) and Fellowship of Professional Women among other roles. 

Prior to founding CAC, Kristine was the Director of Marketing and Events for International Business Development at the Dallas Regional Chamber and worked in corporate sales for the Anatole Hotel, Adam's Mark Hotel and MeriStar, on of the U.S. largest real estate investment firms. 

She earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin where she is a Lifetime Alumna. She is married to Charles and has two beautiful teenage children, Julia and Ryan.
